Intercity Leipzig is a minute's walk from the main train station and a 30 second walk from the street cars that take you all over the city. At Intercity Leipzig, the rooms are clean and quiet and the breakfast is bountiful. There is a downstairs bar for a nightcap if you so desire. Great if you are traveling by public transportation and especially if you have an early-morning train to catch.

Very nice guys at reception. We've got 2 free public transport tickets for 2 days after registration, which is cool. The location is super - about 5 minutes walking to the Main train station, where you can transfer to Sbahn and tram, however the city centre is nearby, so you don't have to take public transport to get there. We are very satisfied with InterCity Hotel.

Short walk from main station and city centre where there is a good choice of restaurants. Receptionist recommended a superb suburban brewery restaurant just a few tram stops away. Good breakfast buffet and plenty of space. Hotel very quiet at night despite its location.
